All agreements made are made with Glenn McMillan Digital Edge, LLC a legally incorporated Limited Liability Corporation in the state of Louisiana, USA.  

Glenn McMillan Digital Edge, LLC is registered with the IRS and the Taxation & Revenue Department of Louisiana, USA  

Payments negotiated shall be made in the negotiated terms. If payment is not made according to the negotiated terms services will be suspended or terminated.

Payment for services shall be understood as a meeting of the minds to conduct business and shall be always accompanied by a written agreement.

No payment will be accepted until after a signed document is received by Glenn McMillan Digital Edge, LLC from a person authorized to conduct business for the client/company  

Any disputes arising with Glenn McMillan Digital Edge, LLC and a client will be mediated by the Better Business Bureau or another mutually agreed upon third party. 

All legal actions will be mitigated in The 19th Judicial Court, Civil Division located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA.
